Converting IS2008 project to IS2011 roject

Hi,
i am trying to convert the InstallShield 2008 project to InstallShield 2011. I can able build the project with 0 errors. but the final install kit is different from what i got from IS 2008.

will be there any conversion problems? if yes, how can i resolve them.

can anyone help me.
