Converting Compressed MSI Package to uncompressed MSI Package

Is there any way to convert Compressed MSI installer to uncompressed MSI package silectly.
As I Kno one way of doing this is using command Msiexec.exe \a "package.msi". But it wil prompt UI asking path to store the uncompressed MSI
