Control prerequisites

Hi,
I have a setup that has a number of prerequisites. The setup has been shipped to the customer already.
Now I found out that in some cases one prerequisite has not to be executed.

Is there a way to control, which prerequisites are executed and which not, by using a setup.exe command-line parameter or modifying some ini-file or anything else?

Thanks for any hint, H.

No, I don't believe so. The two options I can see are: if you've set the prerequisite to download, you can change it to do nothing, or set an impossible condition on it, or similar; if not, perhaps you can trick the conditions the prerequisite will check by e.g. setting or changing specific registry items. The first is a lot cleaner if things are set up for it, and the latter seems risky to me, at least in terms of resulting machine state for the items changed.
