Check for updates not working

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this thread, but....

I am using InstallShield X - Professional Edition(SP 1), & the "Check for Updates" feature no longer works. I haven't seen an solutions to this online. I get "Error 13003 Version not registered with the Update Service".

How do I get the latest verison of this?

I found service pack 2 for InstallShield X, so I'll post the link to it here:

If the Update Service isn't working, then it looks like you have to download it separately...
