Changing displays during installation

Product: IS 2008

Is there a feature within IS2008 through which I can change displays on the Installation dialog during the installation (probably on the dialog where files are copied etc).

I am referring to displays like features of the product etc. that a user can read while the install is in progress.

I would appreciate any documents/help referenced on how this can be implemented

How it works differs by project type, but perhaps look at the help for "billboards".
