Change text displayed when running msiexec.exe /x ?

Hi
In Basic MSI project when running msiexec.exe /x a simple message box is displayed
“Are you sure you want to uninstall this product” with “Windows Installer” as the caption, the question is if there is a way to control the text that being displayed ?

I don't believe there is a way to edit this dialog with InstallShield as it is controlled by Windows Installer.
