Change a String in an Upgrade Dialog

I've disabled small/minor upgrades in my Installscript MSI installer. When the end user starts a new setup.exe he/she encounters the attached dialog.

This appears to be a standard MSI dialog. Does anyone know where I can edit the text for this dialog? I can't find the string label anywhere...

Hi,
I don't think you can change this, the message box is displayed from msiexec.exe.
