Change Language support in dialogs

Hi all,
how can I change the language of dialogs that I want in English, but at present they appears in Italian?

In the IDE goto Media -> Releases -> Language Support
In the properties window, add the languages supported, English + whatever else.
Set default locale to English. Set Locale Resolution to Always Default.
