Chained MSI package is not getting upgraded

Hi
I have a chained MSI with newer version and while doing silent command installation it is not getting upgraded. Below is I got from logs-

"InstallShield 6:06:04: Skipping chained package Pkg1 installation because it is already installed"

Let me know how can i make chained to install in upgrade instance of setup.exe ?

never mind i couldnt resolve it but i have to use another msi command to upgrade msi

Could you please give the new command line since I also get same issue with you? With basic UI, chained msi can be upgrade. But can't with silent installation. 😞
