The validation suite functions on build MSI files, something which InstallScript projects do not create. Vista Logo requires MSI installers, last I knew, so in a recent thread I suggested switching project types if you need logo certification. If you just want feedback on Vista best practices, create a simplified MSI installer with your files and validate that, but apply fixes back to your preferred installer's files.
