I need to create a setup of a C# web application and I have to redistribute Utildev Cassini with it. Cassini is a web server which comes as two MSI files. How can I create a merge module to include Cassini as a redistributable file?
If I understand you correctly, I think you have two options. Use a repackaging tool to repackage the third-party as part of your install, or set up the third-party MSIs as pre-requisites for your install.
The latter option would be easier to maintain, I would think, since your users could then upgrade the third-party as its vendor releases new versions.
