Cannot find product download
I read the instructions on how to download the product we purchased. But the links to license center do not show up in any of my menus. When I created my account, I provided account ID and product ID as instructed. I don't know what to do next.

Asks me for a username and password. I give it same one I used to log onto this community site. Does not work. Try to re-register my product. Says product already registered.
