Cannot find 64bit SQL Servers

I'm using SQLBrowse dialog with the IS_SQLSERVER_LOCAL_ONLY set to 1 to see only locally installed servers (InstallScript MSI project).

However i'm not seeing any locally installed 64bit SQL servers.
