Cannot create a new project in Visual Studio

Hi,

I keep trying to open a new Installshield project on Visual Studio 2017 and nothing occurs.

I have uninstalled and installed Installshield 2019 R3 multiple times and the issue still remains.

Could you pleae provide any help on this?

This is also linked to the fact that I cannot open an existing project with an installshield project in it.

Could you please select programinstaller(incompatible) and select reload project option and then see it works or not

Hi,

I have tried it multiple times and I still get the error.

I also find weird that installshield keeps asking me for my activation code everytime I restart Visual Studio or my computer as you can see in the attached image.

Any help is welcome.

Installshield is not activated in your machine, so please activate it and then try it will work ,
