Can you check/upgrade to IIS v.7 on the target computer

Can you upgrade target IIS?
Can you install the IIS Web Deployment Tool?
Can you install the IIS Management Tools?

I believe I need those three apps installed before I can deploy a service to IIS.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve the required behavior using installshield limited edition.
you will need to upgrade to installshield professional or premier editions to achieve the same.
