Can the CustomSetup dialog list items be controlled?

Is there a way, in a Basic MSI project, to control the options that are shown for each feature in the CustomSetup dialog box?

Specifically, is there a way to just show these two options for each feature, "This feature will be installed when required" and "This feature will not be available"?
