I just downloaded the install shield but it's useless as it asks me to enter a serial number which I don't have! Is there anything I'm missing? Is it possible to test the trial to make sure it matches our expectations?

Could you please provide screenshots of all of the screens that are displayed from after the point you try to launch the InstallShield 2021 IDE?
Has InstallShield 2021 ever been evaluated on the affected build machine before?
Would it be possible to evaluate InstallShield on a different build machine, a physical machine or a virtual machine?
