Can’t select WindowsVolume in ”Show Predefined Folder”?

Hi

I am trying to add a file to the default user folder. But I can’t select the [WindowsVolume] in “Show Predefined Folder”? The MSI package is from Java, and I just need to add one file to the installation in this folder C:\Users\default\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment.properties

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Regard Brian

It looks like WindowsVolume was removed from the Directory table. You should be able to work around this by adding a new row to the Directory table through the Direct Editor view. The row should look something like this:
Directory: WindowsVolume
Directory_Parent: TARGETDIR
DefaultDir: .:WinRoot
ISAttributes: 0

You can also copy that row from the Directory table of a new Basic MSI project.
