Can non-admin user COMPILE projects?
I've read several posts that address the issue of running installations by non-admin users, but I would like to know if a non-admin user (power user, general user) on Windows XP and Windows Vista can COMPILE InstallShield 2009 and InstallShield 2008 projects (msi and InstallScript msi).
Anyone know?

Our manifests require administrator privileges. While this isn't enforced by Windows XP, it's still a requirement. (How strong a technical requirement it is depends on what your installer needs to build; some things the build process may do absolutely require administrator privileges.)
