You've got a few options depending on how you want to achieve it, or the specifics of your requirements.
1. You can create a Prerequisite - this will launch the 3rd party MSi prior to the main installer.
2. You can create a suite project, this will wrap your installer along with the 3rd party installer as "packages" within a setup.exe and run each one in the order you specify.
3. You can take a look at "chained MSI's" which embeds an msi in the main msi and runs it at the end of the installation process.
