Can I manage the placement of the log file using iscmdbld
I'm trying to standardize the placement of log file generated by iscmdbld. I incorporate this command into my build process and want to be able to place the file in a standard location for the developers to view if necessary. Is there a way using command line options?
Thanks, Eric
Thanks, Eric

hi Eric,
Is your build process is to invoke the iscmdbld from a script?
If so if you redirect the output on running the script would catch the entire messages generated while building.
Or
After the build, you can and in a command to copy the script file from the standard location to a location of your choice.
Or
If it is like you are looking for the entire image to be present in a location of your choice than
-b will you to specify your build location.
Hope this was help for you.
Regards,
Maddy
