Can I Set Condition For A Replacment In "Text File Changes" ?
Hi
Im using "Text File Changes" feature in IS2011
I have a file and I want to replace 2 strings:
1. replace the string always
2. replace the string only if a checkbox was checked by user in install dialog
How can I set a condition for a replacement in Installshield 2011?
Thanks !

I don't think there are condition setting for "Text File Changes".
But you can try to modify the value of property.

Well Its a bit ugly but I thought about it and I did as you said.
I will replace the string with itself case the user did not change set new value in the property.

Maybe you can try putting a condition on the component that contains the text file changes.
