Can 2010 and IS v12 coexist on the same machine?
I have IS 12 Professional Edition, and I want to put IS 2010 Premier Edition on the same machine, and use them both (for the time being).
Does anyone know if this will work?

It will work just fine. The two products can co-exist (that is 2010 is not an upgrade from any earlier version, it's a separate product). This is true for all versions of InstallShield going back at least as far as version 10 (X) and may well be true for versions earlier than 10 (I can't remember back that far any longer).
The only thing to keep in mind is that the last version installed will "own" the file association of .ism files. You'll need to open earlier projects through the IDE and not Windows Explorer.
