COM Registration

how can i registration com file not present in my setup?

The COM file is already present in the target computer before my setup in started.

You could always add a component to your install with the COM registry entries, but if your setup is uninstalled, those entries would also be uninstalled.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to fix an error from a previous install ( COM component not registered?) or is there some other reason you want to change the registry for something you are not installing?
