Building a 'Web' installer disables all Release -> Setup.exe options

In InstallShield 2012 I can no longer change options inside Release -> XXX -> Setup.exe for builds that are Web media format.

Before, we could change the Required Execution Level, but now all of those options are grayed out. Should this be the case? Why did this change?

Seems to be enabled for other media formats.

It should be possible to change settings for web type releases on the Setup.exe table. Unfortunately, it appears a change made to resolve an unrelated issue is the cause of this behavior. I've submitted work order IOA-000065347 to report this issue.

Attached is the InstallShield 2012 hotfix for the work order #IOA-000065347. Please copy the new IsWsBuild.ocx to C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2012\System folder in order to apply the fix. Note that it is an unofficial fix as it is not fully tested by our QA team. So I strongly recommend that you make a backup copy of the original file.

I've the same Problem with my Web-Project. Has Flexera meanwhile roll-out a HotFix for this Problem.
