Build menu allows only DVD

Hello, I try to make my setup build with including all content to a single installation file. On the Builds tab I noticed the icons for CD_ROM and for SingleImage to be disabled. Although I'm able to edit the parameters like within the DVD-5 settings, I'm getting only the DVD-5 build.
How do I enable CD_ROM and more important the SingleImage build?

Ok sorry, I didn't know this is controlled by the configuration manager.
