Hi, I just came across some odd behavior with the SQL Browse dialog. I have a basic MSI app configured to connect to SQLServer. I noticed that on French and German W2k the first time you select the browse button on the SQLLogin dialog, a list of available servers is displayed properly. If don't select a server (press cancel) then select the browse button again; the browse dialog is displayed without any servers. Has anyone else seen this behavior? Is there any way around it?
I tested it on a German W2k SP4, but it was not reproducible. Could you test it with creating a new project from scratch, and let me know if the problem is reproduced? Please only add a connection and a SQL script to the project for this test.
