InstallShield 2020 only supports 35 languages. I can add new languages with the "New Language Wizard". However, it takes time and resources to translate the contents manually.
So, I just wonder whether there are any read-to-use language files(such as a community version), so that I do not have to reinvent the wheels again.

We have translators that convert over a thousand strings for each of the 35 languages. They are all available in this directory - we don't provide any other translated language files.
If you have another language that you need - if you have a current support plan with us please submit this as a product enhancement and this is something that our Development team can look into.
In the meantime you would need to either translate the strings to this language for yourself, or ask the community directly if anyone has already translated into this language and is willing to provide it.
