Application not visible in Add\Remove programs

Hi all,

My package needs to do per user installation. However, when installed with admin priviledges it installs perfectly for the user installing but for other user, it functions but doesn't show up in control panel. Am I missing something? I suppose it is per user by default. However, with ALLUSER = 1, i don't get any success.

If MSI project ,set Media->Releases->Build->Hid Add/Remove Panel Entry to "No", If InstallScript project,set ADDREMOVE_SYSTEMCOMPONENT = 0
the Product will show up in control panel.
