Add more than one package

I'm currently using a the professional trial version of Install Shield 2014, in the actual copy are you able to add more than one package to a Advanced UI project?

No, the Professional edition's Advanced UI project does not have support for including more than one primary package. You would need to use the Premier edition if you want to be able to include more than one package.
