Activating license for Install Shield has machine ID as host name

After activating a license, I see in the license center that it recognize the machine using it's machine ID/ host ID.. e.g. 031EB3BBA08A86009E1DB8EA967086ACA8BE877C

However, the host name is also the same ID... This makes it really hard to track which system it is registered on.   Is there a way I can associate the activation information to include the actual VM host name?  What's the point of having host name and host ID if both are the same value?

You can track for Stand Alone Build license generation and not with the GUI license.
