Activate trial
Hi,
My company bought a subscription service for FLEXnet Connect. I received a serial number.
The guy from the Macrovision distribution firm told me to enter into a FLEXnet trial account and input my serial number. I didn't find how to activate this trial account. I called again and he told me Macrovision has to associate the licence with the serial number. Now I'm waiting for an answer...
Does anyone know how this licence activation works?
Thanks,
Alina

For anyone interested...
I wrote to the support addresses on the website and got an answer from the support guys in Japan, which proved to be very prompt and professional.
I had an old trial account, which was transformed in a productive one.
Problem solved 🙂
