ActionText not showing for Rollback custom actions

Hello,

I am creating a rollback custom action. During the execution of this custom action i wanted to show some text on top of the progress bar, so i created an action text for the custom action with the same name of the CustomAction. The action text never shows up during the rollback, Can anyone tell me what is the issue ?

I don't think you can do that, as there is already an ActionText for the "Rollback" action.

i was trying to create a rollback custom action for one of my deferred custom action. So i wont be able to create an action text for this my rollback custom action?

I understand your question, but as I said, I don't think you can do it easily.

• The ActionText control will display "Rolling back action:"
  
• The ActionData control will display the name of the rollback action being performed.
  

I haven't found an easy way to display a more detailed information about what a rollback custom action is doing.
