A very strange thing --setup.exe been auto delete

Hi all,
I have met a strange thing.
I create a software setup(for multi-language) in CD. I setup the software Chinese version in english WinXP.
as we all know then setup.exe auto copy to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information.
But after I changed WinXP language and reboot, the strange thing happens:
the setup.exe disappeared.And I cann't uninstall it.

would anyone tell me why??:confused:
