64-bit dll COM Extraction

Does Installshield 2009 support COM extraction for 64-bit dlls? This is the key issue for us to decide whether to upgrade to IS2009 or not...

IS 2009 does not have 64 bit COM extraction. That said, we actually are starting a beta for 64 bit com extraction support. Basically this Beta will give you 64 bit COM extraction under IS2009. If you would like to get the DLLs to try this out, please contact me at:

mmarino@acresso.com

We are interested in getting user's feedback on this, and trying as many 64bit DLL/EXEs as possible.
