I needed to download LE edition again as my machine has been cleaned. After installing and registering, loading my previous projects (Visual Studio 2015) informed me that the .isl needed to be upgraded and it would make a backup.
Proceeding, the conversion gives me the error -6015: Could not backup the ISM file, and the project remains unloaded. Re-running Visual Studio/restarting my computer/refreshing the files from our source control does not fix this this problem.
