2023 SAB running 2018 SAB ISCMDBLD.exe returning error -7159

Hello all, 

We just received our 2023 licenses but our build server is still running 2018 SAB.  We are able to download and install the 2018 SAB with a 2023 license.  However, we get the " fatal error -7159: The product license has expired or has not yet been initialized." error when running IsCmdBld.exe -p ...

License keys are only valid for a specific version. Please make sure the software version and the license key match.
