1155: File C:\...\instmsi30.exe not found

I'm using InstallShield version 6.22 . While installing installshield2008 pro, I get this error

"1155: File C:\...\instmsi30.exe not found"

Could someone tell me how to fix it

If you are getting this error while installing the InstallShield 2008 IDE, the simplest workaround would be to download and install Windows Installer 3.1 yourself.
