I'm trying to find out if its possible to get the version info of your installer on the command line? Say you enter version info in the description entry, is there a way to get this stuff out of the installer without running it? Say ./install.bin -v or -version? Maybe there is a unix command to run that won't run the installer but will give you the version info only. I'd like to do this on windows as well.
