unzip problems...

I set a user defined magic folder as varriable name:
USER_MAGIC_FOLDER_2
I set the value as:
$USER_INSTALL_DIR$$/$fdr1$/$fdr2

The installer does find the zip and says that
Expand Archive: C:\Program Files\Company Name\prodcutName\fdr1\fdr2\myFile.zip
Status: SUCCESSFUL

But each file from the zip is in the log like this...
Install Directory: C:\Program Files\Company Name\prodcutName\fdr1\fdr2\toys\
Status: ERROR
Help!?!

can you post your project? Or at least a sample project that replicates this problem?
