swvpd error

When I enable the "SWVPD Registry Intergration" option. After the installation/uninstallation were completed. I got the warning messages below. How can I fix it? I am running the IA in AIX 6.1. Thanks.

-i Check installation and update SWVPD

-N Specify that SWVPD not be changed
-v Verify checksum
-s Specify savefile be created, usually used with -u
-O Data base(s) to be processed (default is /usr/lib/objrepos)
r = /etc/objrepos, s = /usr/share/lib/objrepos
u = /usr/lib/objrepos
-f Stanza file
program name Specifies installable software product or fileset

Hi bearcc,

Could you please elaborate more on your configuration.I tried with basic configuration and was not able to see the error you are talking about both at the time of installation as well as uninstallation.

Hi

I used the "Basic Project Template" with "Advanced Designer". Please let me know what other information do you need? Is this problem related to my AIX (OS Level 6100-06-02-1044) system? Do I need to install additional AIX package in order to use swvpd? I tried the installation program with root authority, and I still got the same error. I am using InstallAnywhere 2010 SP1.

Hi, I had a problem uploading the project prototype (ia_sample.zip) which unzips to ia_sample.tar. I got "Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator. The zip is under 100mb. Please advice.

1. unzip ia_sample.zip -> ia_sample.tar, (Windows)
2. untar ia_sample.tar -> ia_sample folder (AIX)

The prototype project file is in .\ia_sample\ia_sample.iap_xml

Sorry, I did not have the latest version of IA 2010 SP1. After upgraded, I still have problem. From the installation log.
