Single machine -- user can install application on single pc. If afterwards he try to install application on other pc, he is not allowed to do so. he can install on same pc only.

I don't think such a thing can be enforced. I mean think about it: you've got a setup, maybe engraved on a CD (WORM media (write once, read many)) and two separate PCs. How on Earth would enforce the single-running of your setup?!? Maybe you can do this using a dongle (a small device that must be plugged into an USB port, and which is written once the application is installed) but more realistically such a scheme is enforced via the license (for instance InstallAnywhere is a good example) or you can think about a call-home license...
