missing an account id from reseller, cannot register product

Purchased InstallAnywhere 2011 with a silver maintenance plan from a reseller.
The registration process requires both an account id and a serial number. I have the serial number. There was no "account id" in any of the emails received from the reseller. There was alo no "account id" in any of the files received from the reseller.

I have filed an incident report with flexera and am waiting for resolution.
I have also spoken with the reseller and they were not aware of this problem. Any information received from flexera is forwarded on to the customer, so if provided, we should have received it.

Has the registration process been updated recently for products purchased via a reseller?

And if they don't have it, then you must contact Flexera Software technical support.
