install hangs

The install hangs right at the beginning of file transfer, after installing jre, and uninstall, it hangs.
The status shows 'Installing...'.

On what platform does this happen (Windows, Linux, other Unix)? 32 / 64 bit? Do you bundle any JVM? If it's a 64 bit platform do you bundle a 32 bit JVM? Does this happen on more than one platform or on a single platform?

64 bit Windows 7 with 64 bit bundled jvm.

yes, problem solved, didnot copy the whole disk1 folder to the target machine.
