install.exe could not be launched(Execption occured)

After migrating our project from IA20009 to IA2011. Lax execption occured while launching install.exe

Are you still facing the issue.

It looks like this is corrupted installer. did you download it from somewhere? Try rebuilding the project.

Yes install anywhere 2011 software gots corrupted. Reinstall it and again rebuilding solves the above problem.
