I did not buy a support contract. How do I report a bug?
It seems that "Panel Choose Folder" uses "$USER_INSTALL_DIR$" as the default folder to begin searching, even if you specify any other default folder, such as "Program Files" magic folder.
This is for Java installer.
Also the Java installer is not setting magic folders for Windows, such as $WINDOWS_COMMON_STARTUP_MENU$, etc.
I think that you can contact the Flexera Software support even without a support contract but you'll need to convince them this is a bug in order to get help.
