Windows DLL Failed to load

Hi,

We have generated an 64-bit installer using InstallAnwhere 2009 Enterprise Edition. The installer is working fine on Windows XP and windows 2008 R1 Server. But the same installer is throwing an error on Windows 2008 R2.
The error is

I am very new to InstallAnywhere and not sure on how to start debugging this
issue.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to debug this issue?

In case you've got maintenance, thus access support, I would recommand to open a ticket for this issue!

Windows 8 is not yet supported by IA, so this might not be the same thing.
