Why nothing was installed ?

I made a sinmple project, When I installed the bin in another PC, Install.kog aways note as follows

Nothing was installed.

Installed by InstallAnywhere 10.0 Enterprise Build 3657

the project include RPM, sql, tomcat,and jdk. install.bin can successfully installed in the PC where the install.bin made, But in another PC, install.bin can install nothing.
I don't know what files you want me post ? sir! Can you give me an example?
