Urgent issye - Facing SQL database related issue

When I am trying to setup my website to my machine at that moment I am facing this issue of Sql Database.

Please find attach image of the error.
This sql user error, in script there is code for sa user to execute.

Seriously no one facing this issue when creates set up for the web site with database.

Its been three days, I posted my issue with this support form and still no one take this issue on priority base or no one can share his or her experience on this matter with me.
Its really disappointed me because 69 viewers are there but not a single comment on this post.

If you guys want some more clarification then please ask, I'll provide on this.
