Uninstall Issue in CD-ROM and WebInstaller setup

Hi

I can't uninstall my product when I packaged 2.15 GB of files. I tried both web installer and CD-Rom options it was failed.

Web Installer Issues - i) Display an Error - Installer User Interface Mode not supported
ii) Java.lang.OutOfMemory - GC overhead exceed memory

CD-Rom Issue - This application has unexpectedlyQuit - Java.lang.NullPointerException



Any limitation in IA 2013 to package files?

Hi,

Can you try increasing the Installer VM heap size under JVM Settings > Installer Settings?
